The CAT6 can know at any one time, up to 8 touch-keys.
The action of 'teaching' a new touch-key to the CAT6 will result in the wiping of it's memory
(ie, the CAT6 will 'forget' every touch-key it knows)
so you will have to re-teach all the touch-keys you want it to know.
-
1. Disarm the CAT6 by placing a known touch-key on the system touch-pad (if the LED on the touch-pad does not work, the system may be in sleep mode.
CLICK HERE if you do not know how to remove the CAT6 from sleep mode)

-
2. Start the motorcycle and let the engine idle - so the CAT6 touch pad LED is constant Green
-
-
3. Touch AND hold the same touch-key (the one you dis-armed the system with in '1' above) onto the touch pad - the touch-pad LED will show a constant Green for approximately 10 seconds and then flash the touch-pad LED slowly (1 flash per second) Red-Green-Red-Green for 10 seconds and will then flash the touch-pad LED very quickly Red-Green-Red-Green. When this happens, remove the touch key
and then replace the SAME touch key onto the touch-pad until the SLOW LED flash returns.

-
4. Remove the touch-key (this action has wiped all touch-keys from the CAT6 memory except this one)
-
-
-
5. The touch-pad LED will now flash quickly - hold on a new touch-key until the LED flashes slowly
-
-
6. Repeat number 5 for as many touch-keys as you wish to teach to the CAT6 up to a maximum of 8
