Check alalrm system fuse and if this is OK, check for permanent 12v power at the alarm fuse.

If required, reposition power wire to 12v permanent live

Check ground/earth connections for continuity to motorcycle battery negative terminal and, if required, reposition wires to a more suitable ground/earth.
