This means the alarm cannot 'see' the motorcycle ignition.

Check the Brown Wire for the alarm system has 12V on it when the ignition is switched on

(You may need to check the motorcycle 'kill' switch is in the run position)

IS THERE 12 VOLTS ON THE ALARM BROWN WIRE WHEN THE IGNITION IS SWITCHED ON?
