There are points to remember when programming the PD8:

1. Acumen would expect the PD8 to learn the first 2 steps almost instantly

2. First start the engine, then enter Learn Mode with the engine of the motorcycle idling.

3. Do not switch the motorcycle ignition off during programming, if you do, you will have to start the complete programming sequence again.

4. You must get to the end of the prgramming sequence to start again, or switch the motorcycle off and on.

5. You CAN make the PD8 work anti-clockwise.Simply make the 'end' of the prgramming the lower RPM
